                                      End of Term

Our School Council support a charity each year and fundraise in various ways throughout the year. One fundraising event is the end of term (or half term) ‘bake sale’. Each year group are invited to donate cakes and cookies (either home-made or shop bought) which are then offered at break time to the whole school for a minimum donation of 20p. We request that all items are nut free and if home- made then a label of ingredients is provided.

The current School Council charity of the year is the Norfolk Air Ambulance. (This will remain the charity until the end of December and in January, the School Council will support a new charity).

Christmas Performances

This year our Upper and Lower phases held their own Christmas Performances.  Upper Phase was based on a Dickensian Christmas and Lower Phase concentrated on Christmas around the World.  Both were a great success and enjoyed by pupils, staff and parents.

Opportunities for children at Cliff Park Schools

There are lots of opportunities at school and in the community for children to get involved in extra activities. However, we also know how difficult it is to make ends meet and sometimes it is difficult to find the money for extra things which make life richer for our children. The government makes additional payments to schools for those children who are disadvantaged because their parents have to manage on very low incomes.
